PETS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IF YOU HAVE SPECIFICALLY BOOKED A PET-FRIENDLY CABIN OR CARAVAN SITE.
If you arrive with a pet and have booked a non-pet-friendly cabin, your booking will not be honored, as a pet-friendly cabin is required for your stay. Please ensure that you have booked the appropriate accommodation if you plan to bring a pet.
If you have booked a pet friendly cabin or site You will be required to complete a pet policy form arrival.
1% Credit card surcharge applied.
Photo ID is required at check in. An adult (18+) must accompany all guests under 18 years.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights accommodation.
No refunds given for cancelling on day of arrival, leaving early, change of mind or no show. Full reservation costs will be applied.
Cabins are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in your room will attract $50.00 cleaning fee.
If Key are lost or misplaced there is a $50 Key Replacement Charge that will be applied.
Excess cleaning charges & damages will be charged accordingly.
One Car per Site/Cabin, for additional parking please contact reception.
