Cancellations received in writing more than 14 days before arrival date will be given a full refund on the same credit card which was used for the original payment.
If cancelled between 14 and 2 days before arrival a credit will be given towards future bookings.
Any cancellations made 2 days before arrival will not be refunded or credit given.
There will be no refund given for Special Event Bookings/Long Weekends/School Holidays unless canceled more than 7 days prior to arrival date.
